Treze is the dream of the Najar family. What began as a dream in 1990 became a plan in 2013, and in 2026, we finally opened our doors.
Led by Joaquin, our chef, and built alongside Xochi Raquel and our sons, Diego, Joel, and Leonardo, Treze was created with years of hard work, love, and determination. Every detail reflects our family’s passion for bringing people together over great food.
